Data Operators

Stim
Copies a 3D image volume from the currently loaded stim at temporal offset specified in the Vol_Idx operand.

Map
Copies a 3D image volume from the currently loaded map.

ROI
Generates a binary 3D image volume based on the interior region of the current ROI.

Mask
Copies a 3D image volume from the currently loaded mask at the volume offset specified in the Vol_Idx operand.

File
Loads a 3D image volume from the sdt image file specified by the path operand. If the image is 4D, a volume is extracted at the volume offset specified in the Vol_Idx operand.
